What is the correct procedure for setting up or changing my POS terminal PIN?
To set your POS terminal PIN, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Moniepoint Business app.
- Select POS, then choose SMART POS.
- Click on SETUP ADMIN to get a one-time security code (OTP) sent to you.
- Enter the OTP, then enter your current 4-digit POS PIN.
- Type in your new 5-digit Terminal PIN twice to confirm it.
- Click Proceed.
- Restart your terminal (turn it off and on) to complete the setup.
To reset your POS Terminal PIN, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Moniepoint Business app.
- Tap the MORE option at the bottom.
- Go to SETTINGS.
- Select RESET POS PIN.
- Look at your phone camera to complete the Face Recognition check.
- Type in your new 4-digit PIN, and you are all done!
