What should I do if my POS terminal is not printing receipts?
If your terminal is working but you are experiencing issues with printing, please follow the steps below to resolve it
- Put a fresh paper roll inside the terminal.
- Open the POS App and go to More > Terminal Diagnostics.
- Select Full System Check, tick all options, and then click Run Test.
After the Run Test process is completed, follow the next steps below depending on the feedback from the test:
- If the printer test passes:
- Turn the terminal off and on again, and you should be able to print afterwards.
- If the printer test fails:
- This means your terminal is faulty. Please request a terminal swap.
- If the terminal shows “Your business is not allowed to print a receipt” after the transaction
- Log in to your Business App / Profile.
- Go to Settings.
- Look under POS Configuration.
- Click on Terminal Receipt and switch Enable Receipt Reprint to ON.
